Cryptocurrency has the potential to reshape the Internet, revolutionize our financial system, and redefine money in ways that uphold and enhance individual rights and financial freedom. Company History

VTRADER was founded in 2018 by a group of friends in Romania. They were all developers and built the original version of the company. After a few years, the original owners put the company up for sale. In 2021, an experienced attorney and crypto industry executive based in New York came in to buy the company. The new vision for VTRADER was a platform where users could trade for free in exchange for holding a balance on the platform.

Core Values

At VTRADER we believe in aligning the interest of the customer and the company. We envision a new revenue model, where customers trade for free so long as they maintain a deposit. To offset trading fees, user deposits will be staked on-chain. This symbiotic relationship allows users to get all the benefits of this emerging asset class without burdensome fees. We believe this will encourage users to explore the bridge between TradFi and crypto, and continue their journey on-chain to access all the utility of this growing asset class. Throughout 2024, VTRADER was able to raise venture capital money from some of the most well-known crypto-focused funds to make their vision of free trading and access to crypto a reality.

At VTRADER, we operate with a “security-first” approach. We have dedicated ourselves to offering you a trustworthy choice and are committed to earning and preserving your confidence. Our exchange is run by a practicing attorney, who previously ran compliance for some of the largest exchanges in the world. Our goal is to comply with applicable regulations throughout the world to safely operate in each country.
